New Promotion, New Look

So something finally clicked for me with my Tupperware business. I've known from the start that I wanted to do this. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted a hobby or a career...but I knew I wanted something. After just a few months I knew it was definitely going to be more than a hobby...but how much more I wasn't sure. I kept working my business, doing parties and shows, keeping in touch with my many customers and just going day by day. My Director kept asking me what my goal was and expressing that I was definitely on the path to something big...but I just didn't see it. I knew I could 'go places' with Tupperware...but I wasn't really sure if I would. At the beginning of this year I decided to take a look at everything I had going on, not just in Tupperware, but life in general....my business, sure, but also my family, my personal stuff, etc. I made a bunch of New Years resolutions to get more organized, eat more healthfully, etc. One of the big things I looked at was my time management...I always felt like I was never getting anything done...but why?
Well, turns out I spend a lot of time on my business...and I didn't even notice it so much because I *like* doing it! I love Tupperware and the rewards and the recognition, the friendships I've developed, the extra cash I have squirrelled away, the team of lovely ladies I get to chat with regularly. Turns out, I'm doing the same amount of work as if I were already leading a much larger team of ladies....really, if I just focused more on team building and engaging my team I'd be on the fast track to wherever it was I wanted to go with my business. At the same time, some things at home weren't getting done because I'd, quite frankly, rather be doing Tupperware.
So I set some priorities.
You see, at the end of the day, Tupperware is the vehicle that allows me to be home with my family so that should be my focus....family, home and business, in that order.
So now, here we are a month later and already I've earned my own promotion up to Star Manager! Basically, this means that I have a larger team of active Consultants & Managers and we meet a larger sales goal every month. The next step will be to promote up into our Director-in-Qualification program (DIQ) as soon as possible which again is just a slightly larger team size and a slightly larger sales goal. I can do this if I continue to focus on my goals and prioritize my time.
In celebration of my new commitment to Tupperware I've decided to revamp the look of this site. When I started I wasn't sure exactly how much I wanted to be involved in the Tupperware business and I feel that the previous look reflected that lack of confidence in what I was representing. Now that I'm all in and on pace to hit some large goals I want my personal business branding to match up with the company I am out here representing! I want you to see my site and think "Tupperware" so I've adopted the black and magenta colours...besides, I think it's a 'hot' colour combo right now anyways :-)
Thank you for all of your support along the way....I can't wait to announce the next milestone! Stay tuned!
(pssst...hey you...yeah you...I see you thinking...you can do all this too you know...just reach out with a phone call or an email and we'll chat...no obligation, just information...promise)

- Family
Spending time with my son helping him learn and grow into the little person he is meant to be, being there for my daughter when she comes home from school to talk about her day, cooking healthy meals so we can eat as a family, etc. - Home
Cleaning, chores, etc. (I am working on this one...meals are easy, I'm in Tupperware after all, but the cleaning...I've invested in some new microfibre cleaning cloths from Tupperware to get me motivated!) This is a big one for me and I need to spend time on it every day, not just a blitz once every couple of weeks! - Business
Tupperware - team building and engaging with my team members on a one-to-one basis
